Return Policy
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an error on the part of Tina's Print Shop, or if the product is defective in some way. For all invitations and announcements, you are provided a FREE electronic proof that you must approve before your order is printed. Your cards will be printed exactly as your proof appears unless you request changes or error corrections.
Tina's Print Shop is not responsible for how colors or designs appear on an individual customer's screen. Please note that your monitor's calibration affects what you see on your screen. Colors viewed on computer monitors may vary significantly from the appearance of the final printed piece. As such, the colors on the printed piece may differ from what you may see on the Tina's Print Shop website. Tina's online proofs are only meant to be a visual tool for proofing, and are only a rough draft of the final printed pieces.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been printed, we will be happy to cancel it -- just contact us right away. Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund. If we have already created your proof, we can refund all but $15. If your order has already been approved and sent to printer, we regret that we will be unable to cancel it, since it would be impossible to reuse the cards.
